After a full day of excitement in the great outdoors or browsing through antique shops, return home to the romance of your Victorian-style hotel room or 2-bedroom suite, complete with every luxury. Suites at the Inn have full kitchens, dining and living areas, and a spiral staircase. Hotel Rooms have a mini refrigerator, coffee maker, and access to a microwave.

The resort allows for maximum relaxation as you unwind with a game of Checkers, Chess, or Yahtzee in the Parlor, relax by the cozy fire, or simply take in the magnificent view from one of our three sundecks overlooking the spectacular falls on the Wallenpaupack Creek. Close your evening with a pictorial tour of the history of the Inn, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Resort Activies

  • Escape to Lake Wallenpaupack or the Delaware River for fresh water fishing, canoeing, kayaking, boating, or tubing. Golfing, hiking, horseback riding, hayrides, and sleigh rides are also close by, as are major ski resorts. Antique lovers will find many wonderful shops in the area and The Crossings Outlet Mall is an easy drive from the Inn; as is the Pocono International Raceway. History buffs will enjoy visiting the Steamtown National Historical Site and taking the Lackawanna Coal Mine Tour. For guests who wish to venture out to see more of the region, the resort is only a 2 hour drive to New York City and a 3 hour drive to Philadelphia. The front desk can provide maps, directions and information to help guests plan an eventful daytrip.
