Indian Shores/Clearwater Area Remain Untouched by Gulf Oil Spill

The coastline near Celebrity Resorts Indian Shores has remained untouched by the ill-effects of the Gulf oil spill. In fact, it was reported that the nearest sheen of oil is approximately “150 miles west of Tampa.” Based on this information and the beautiful summer weather conditions in the area, we are confident that at present the oil spill will not impact the vacation experience in the Indian Shores/Clearwater area. Celebrity Resorts is monitoring the oil spill on a daily basis and will update our statement as new information becomes available. Resort Overview

Located on the Intracoastal Waterway and just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, Celebrity Resorts Indian Shores (Clearwater Beach) offers a tranquil location from which to explore the Tampa/St. Petersburg area. It's just the place to discover everything this captivating region has in store.

This resort offers a wealth of on-site amenities including an outdoor heated pool, sauna, and fishing pier. Many suites have a large bath with sunken tub, full kitchens in the 1 and 2-bedroom units, limited kitchens in the studios, and each suite is air conditioned and has cable television and a DVD player. The resort consists of one 2-story building with an elevator and has a total of 40 villas. Each graciously appointed suite offers the comfort and special touches that turn an ordinary vacation into the trip of a lifetime.
