Jared Meyers
Chief Executive Officer
Jared Meyers was educated at the University of Florida and graduated from the Warrington College of Business Administration. He achieved high honors in all his course studies & wrote the university’s first collegiate thesis on the vacation ownership industry. Upon graduation, Jared worked for several timeshare entities, and guided them to record profit turnarounds. Over the next few years, he negotiated the sales and acquisitions of over 30 vacation ownership entities.
In 2003, Meyers orchestrated the formation of Celebrity Resorts’ brand from his vision of the ideal timeshare organization. As Chief Executive Officer of Celebrity Resorts, Jared led the company to over 100 percent growth, acquiring seven properties from Leisure Resorts. The following year, the company acquired four more resort locations from American Vacation Resorts. The growth continued in 2007 and 2008 as Meyers negotiated transactions that added five properties and more than 1,000 units to Celebrity Resorts’ portfolio. Under Jared Meyers’ leadership, Celebrity Resorts has become one of the fastest growing vacation ownership companies in the nation, expanding from Central Florida to each corner of the U.S.
Currently, Meyers is responsible for the management of nearly 60 companies, 600 employees, 20 resorts (with access to over 5,000 resorts), and the provision of vacation services to more than 80,000 families annually. Jared has expanded the interests of Celebrity Resorts to include resort development, sales and marketing, property management, mortgage origination and servicing, vacation clubs, and exchange companies. Meyers serves as an ARDA Board Member and Trustee, a Board Member of UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management, and supports several charitable organizations.
C. Craig Lewis
President & Chief Operating Officer
C. Craig Lewis, a Registered Resort Professional (RRP), joined Celebrity Resorts in June of 1998 as Director of Rental Operations. In January of 2000, he was named Director of Operations and served in that position until July of 2003 when he was named Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Lewis is responsible for the overall direction and management of corporate operations, including: all resort operation functions, Human Resources, Risk Management, Member Services, Rental Operations, and Technology. His expertise has been instrumental in securing double-digit revenue increases every year. His direct efforts have attributed to identity advancement, more distinct brand development, and successful IT advancements.
Prior to joining Celebrity Resorts, he served as the Vice President of Central Florida Reservations as well as various positions within the timeshare/real estate industry. Mr. Lewis holds a B.S. in Economics, a Florida Real Estate Brokers license, a Community Association Managers license, and is a Registered Resort Professional. He also serves as an active member of ARDA’s Chairman’s League and is on the Meetings and Resort Management Committee.
Marty A. Stone, Esq.
Sr. Vice President & General Counsel
Marty joined Celebrity Resorts in September 2008 as the Sr. Vice President & General Counsel. Prior to becoming an attorney, Marty acquired experience in the private banking and mortgage banking industries, including serving as the Assistant Vice President of Finance for J.I. Kislak, Inc.
After completing law school, Marty began his law career with Greenspoon Marder, P.A., where he worked as an Associate Attorney and gained more than eight years experience handling legal matters for timeshare companies. Marty focused his practice on consumer protection and regulatory defense matters, in both litigation and an advisory capacity, in timeshare sales and marketing. He also regularly practices administrative law, concentrating on licensing, registration, and regulation of various business entity types, including commercial enterprises in connection with consumer protection statutes, advertising, telemarketing rules and regulations, and debt collection.
In addition to his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, Marty also holds a Master of Science in Finance from Florida International University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri. Marty is a member of the Florida Bar, Orange County Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
Melissa Van Dine, PHR
Sr. Vice President of Human Resources & Guest Experiences
A certified professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Registered Resort Professional (RRP), Mrs. Van Dine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida. With a diverse background, she has held positions such as Investigator for Florida’s Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) and various Risk Management and Human Resources related job titles.
After a stint in the casino industry with Station Casinos, a major public company, Mrs. Van Dine transitioned her career to the timeshare industry in 2001 and joined Celebrity Resorts as the Sr. Director of Human Resources in November of 2003. In 2005, she was named Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for all areas of internal development including: Human Resources, Training & Organizational Development, Payroll, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, and Corporate Communications.
Mrs. Van Dine is an active member of ARDA’s Professional Development Committee, ARDA’s Communications Committee, and the Society for Human Resource Management. She was also appointed by Florida’s Speaker of the House to serve on the state’s Advisory Council on Condominiums.
Jeffrey Ingram
Vice President of Rental & Club Operations
Jeffrey Ingram is a registered resort professional (RRP) and 30-year hospitality veteran with extensive experience leading the service aspects of the timeshare, whole-ownership vacation rental, and hotel industries. He was educated at the University of Central Florida and has a B.S. in Business Administration.
Mr. Ingram joined Celebrity Resorts in 2004 as the Assistant Director of Member Services. In 2005, he was promoted to Director of Member Services & Rental Operations and named the Leader of Year by employee nomination. Under his leadership, Member Services has experienced great success, servicing upwards of 80,000 families annually and adding new services for owner convenience and satisfaction. On the rental side of the business, Mr. Ingram’s team has significantly increased revenues and even positioned Celebrity Resorts among the top five booked resort companies on Expedia and Hotels.com for more than five weeks running in 2006.
In 2007 he was promoted to the executive team and currently serves as the Vice President of Rental & Club Operations. His role encompasses Rental Operations, Member Servicing, and all Vacation Club Operations. Mr. Ingram is also involved in many organizations that support the hospitality industry. He is active on multiple committees of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), and is a member of Skal and Vacation Home Expo Advisory Board.
Steven Rosenstock
Vice President of Finance
Mr. Rosenstock joined Celebrity Resorts with 14 years of industry experience in financial roles. He attended Washington University in St. Louis, where he graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration. He also holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida.
His career began in 1992 at Orange Lake Resorts, where he held various positions in mortgage servicing, securitizations, and accounting. He reached a pivotal role with them as Sr. Director and Controller of Developer Accounting/Mortgage Operations. In 2002, he transitioned to Starwood Vacation Ownership to serve as the Director of Treasury Operations. He was soon promoted to Director of Corporate Reporting and Analysis. His responsibilities at Starwood included cash management, mortgage servicing, financial analysis, and securitization administration.
Since joining Celebrity Resorts, Mr. Rosenstock has initiated many collections and loan servicing improvements that have led to record collection performance. The improvements will result in increased cash-flow of millions of dollars annually. As Vice President of Finance, he has taken responsibility for the planning and leadership of all corporate finance, accounting, and internal audit functions of this rapidly expanding company.
Scott D. Zane
Vice President of Support Services / IMS
Scott Zane has a diverse background that includes experience in quality assurance, law enforcement, technology services, hospitality, facilities management, and purchasing. From a career standpoint, his interest in technology began in 1997 when he worked in software development for H.T.E. Mr. Zane completed his tenure there as the manager of quality assurance for public safety and justice applications.
In 1999 he attended law enforcement academy in the Criminal Justice Institute of Valencia Community College and then became a police officer with The City of Edgewood. In addition to his duties as an officer, Mr. Zane was placed in charge of the maintenance of all city computer systems and Websites, and he ensured network security met the Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s guidelines. Realizing a passion for technology services, Mr. Zane took a position as the Manager of Administrative & Technology Services with a civil engineering firm.
In 2003 Mr. Zane joined Celebrity Resorts as the Director of Technology and quickly took on the facilities support staff, receiving a promotion to Sr. Director of Support Services in 2004. A sampling of the accomplishments of Mr. Zane and his team include the deployment of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) at each resort, the implementation of a 24-hour technological support help desk system, and the development of member servicing software and a secure member Website.
Mr. Zane was promoted to the executive team as the Vice President of Support Services / IMS in 2009. His responsibilities encompass the Technology, Telecommunications, Facilities, Warehousing, and Purchasing aspects of the business.
